Key Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion:
- Actively promote sugar products to retail clients in targeted markets.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sugar products to effectively communicate value propositions.
Market Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with customers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify potential new clients and maintain consistent communication with existing ones.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to strategies for expanding the market and increasing product penetration.
Market Research and Feedback:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide actionable feedback and suggestions to the management team for strategic decisions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Submit periodic sales reports to the management team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Growth in market share and client base.
- Quality of customer relationships and retention rates.
- Timely and accurate submission of sales reports.
