  • Prior experience in distributing sugar or similar FMCG products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Promotion:

  • Actively promote sugar products to retail clients in targeted markets.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sugar products to effectively communicate value propositions.

Market Management:

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Identify potential new clients and maintain consistent communication with existing ones.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Contribute to strategies for expanding the market and increasing product penetration.

Market Research and Feedback:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide actionable feedback and suggestions to the management team for strategic decisions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Submit periodic sales reports to the management team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Growth in market share and client base.
  • Quality of customer relationships and retention rates.
