∎ Minimum 1 year experience of showroom salesmanship in any renowned bakery or sweets company in Dhaka.
∎ Knowledge about sweets, Cake items.
∎ Good communication skill to communicate with customers at store.
∎ Confidently handling customers to choose products.
∎ Basic sales techniques and idea's to contribute to the sales growth.
∎ Required skills & expertise: Bakery item Sales, Marketing, Representative showroom, customer service , salesman

∎ Greeting & receiving customers in a welcoming manner and helping them to choose products.
∎ Strictly maintaining the opening time and duty hours.
∎ Maintaining and ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales and profit.
∎ Taking care of Showroom hygiene and cleaning
∎ Keeping the accounts of cash
∎ Customer satisfaction should be the main focus.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when given by the management.
∎ Rahman Sweets is a rising sweets and bakery chain.
