Responsibilities & Context:
∎ সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করতে হবে।
∎ নতুন সেলসপয়েন্ট তৈরীমার্কেট / টেরিটরি ভিজিট।
∎ মার্কেট সম্পর্কিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও বিজনেস ইম্প্রুভমেন্টের কাজে সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা।
∎ মার্কেট এ প্রতিযোগী কোম্পানির হালনাগাদ তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা (প্রোডাক্ট, দাম, চাহিদা ইত্যাদি)
∎ বিজনেস চেইন ও চ্যানেল বাড়ানো (নিয়মিত মার্কেট পরিদর্শন, ট্রেনিং, নতুন পার্টনার তৈরী ও ফলো আপ)
∎ প্রতিদিন সেলস ফলো আপ ও পেমেন্ট ব্যাংকে জমা।
∎ লস্ট ডিল এনালাইসিস: কারণ ও তার সমাধান।
∎ কুরিয়ার থেকে প্রোডাক্ট সংগ্রহ, ডেলিভারি ও পেমেন্ট কালেকশন।
∎ সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করতে হবে।
∎ নতুন সেলসপয়েন্ট তৈরীমার্কেট / টেরিটরি ভিজিট।
∎ মার্কেট সম্পর্কিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও বিজনেস ইম্প্রুভমেন্টের কাজে সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা।
∎ মার্কেট এ প্রতিযোগী কোম্পানির হালনাগাদ তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা (প্রোডাক্ট, দাম, চাহিদা ইত্যাদি)
∎ বিজনেস চেইন ও চ্যানেল বাড়ানো (নিয়মিত মার্কেট পরিদর্শন, ট্রেনিং, নতুন পার্টনার তৈরী ও ফলো আপ)
∎ প্রতিদিন সেলস ফলো আপ ও পেমেন্ট ব্যাংকে জমা।
∎ লস্ট ডিল এনালাইসিস: কারণ ও তার সমাধান।
∎ কুরিয়ার থেকে প্রোডাক্ট সংগ্রহ, ডেলিভারি ও পেমেন্ট কালেকশন।
