Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication, visits, and follow-ups to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
∎ Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively educate clients and address their inquiries or concerns.
∎ Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and secure sales.
∎ Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online research, and networking events to expand the customer base.
∎ Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress through CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience and address any issues promptly.
