Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Generate quotations and proposals based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
∎ Process and follow up on sales orders from initiation to delivery.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
∎ Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and conditions with customers and suppliers.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team to source required parts or equipment.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
∎ Track and update clients on order status, lead times and delivery schedules.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities using internal databases.
∎ Research and identify potential customers in target industries or regions.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales decisions.
∎ Support compliance with export regulations, aerospace certifications and documentation requirements.
∎ Prepare commercial documents such as invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes.
∎ Handle customer complaints or issues and coordinate solutions promptly.
∎ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct product specifications are quoted.
∎ Follow up on pending quotations to convert them into confirmed orders.
∎ Provide input for inventory planning based on customer demand forecasts.
∎ Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
