Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Assistant Personal Officer, Office Assistant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This letter is written to confirm that the person recruited will be the full time employee of the company. The job responsibilities that he/she is entitled to do in our company are as follows:
∎ Storing, organizing and managing files may need to type, edit.
∎ Providing customer service
∎ Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
∎ Sending faxes and emails
∎ Managing documents and files
∎ Sending and receiving documents for the company
∎ Answering the phone
∎ Handling the daily inquiries
∎ Opening and closing the office on daily basis
∎ Maintaining cleanliness in the office
∎ Taking the responsibility of each and everything in the office
∎ Reporting to the head on daily basis about the work completed for the day and what pending for the next day.
∎ Notifying and considering the authority before taking/changing any option.
∎ Assisting in various daily operations
∎ Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
∎ Greeting guests and visitors
∎ Introducing company via emails/faxes to relevant companies
∎ Provide information by answering questions and requests
∎ Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
∎ Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
∎ All the equipment's and assets will be under his/her supervision and it will be the persons responsibility to take care of every asset in the office
∎ Employee will be guided/ trained by the authority from Dubai office and also personally sometimes when the concern visits CZ office.
∎ Sending Inquiries to suppliers for different requirement.
∎ Reporting for LPO approval.
∎ Cross checking invoices against purchase orders.
∎ Issuing local Purchase orders.
∎ The above stated duties are the basic duties which are needed to be performed as and when required.
∎ We expect a candidate who will be capable enough to maintain the decorum of the office even in our absence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ TO be discuss in Interview time
