∎ Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, focusing on educational institutes in need of learning management solutions.
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
∎ Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
∎ Product Presentations: Present and demonstrate our LMS solutions to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI.
∎ Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
∎ Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
∎ Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
∎ Job Overview:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in IT or SaaS-based solutions. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong client relationships within the LMS and IT space.
∎ Key Responsibilities:

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Experience: 4+ years of sales experience in IT, software, or SaaS industries (preferably LMS or EdTech).
∎ Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
∎ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or e-learning technologies is highly desirable.
∎ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
∎ Customer-Centric: Strong ability to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
∎ Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
