Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure that all inbound leads are routed correctly and properly engaged by the sales team
Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless workflows, and consistent opportunity tracking
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates and sales velocity
Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency through automation and process improvements
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to align revenue operations with overall business objectives
