Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that all inbound leads are routed correctly and properly engaged by the sales team
∎ Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless workflows, and consistent opportunity tracking
∎ Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates and sales velocity
∎ Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency through automation and process improvements
∎ Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to align revenue operations with overall business objectives
