Experience:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Identify, develop, and implement a regional sales plan to achieve the company`s sales goals.
Analyze sales performance and improve the performance.
Team Leadership & Management:
Manage a team and provide them guidance, and training to maximize output.
Set sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Customer Relationship & Service Quality:
Implement strategies to improve service quality, resolve customer complaints, and address feedback effectively to get high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Development:
Develop strategies to increase customer base and sales.
Coordination with Other Departments:
Work closely with the delivery and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor team performance and provide timely and accurate feedback to management, including reports on sales activities, market opportunities, and competitor analysis.
Recruitment & Training:
Collaborate with HR to hire and onboard skilled sales personnel and deliverymen and Work with trainers to ensure continuous development.
