- Basic knowledge of air ticketing, tour packages, or visa processing is a plus

Responsibilities & Context:
- Promote and sell tour packages and travel-related services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, Facebook page, inbox/messages, and walk-ins
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management
