Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist in setting and achieving monthly sales targets

• Plan, coordinate, and execute sales activities

• Analyze sales data and forecast trends

• Maintain and grow client relationships

• Support onboarding and training of new sales staff

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends

• Collaborate with internal and external teams on sales strategy

• Negotiate deals and resolve client issues effectively

• Leverage digital tools to improve sales workflow

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

• Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance

• Build a strong professional network within the industry

• Draft and respond to professional emails in English

• Manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
