Huiteng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of premium home textiles, specializing in waterproof foam baby crawling mats. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager who will lead from the field, manage a sales team, and personally close high-value deals with bulk buyers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead & Motivate: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned monthly and yearly targets.
Field Supervision: Spend 50%-80% of the time in the field, accompanying team members to visit wholesalers and retailers.
Training: Train the team on product knowledge (foam quality, safety standards), local market etiquette, and follow-up discipline.
2. Sales & Business Development
Market Hunting: Identify potential new markets and sales opportunities for baby mats and textiles across Bangladesh.
Bulk Buyer Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with bulk buyers, distributors, and shop owners.
Individual Targets: Achieve personal sales targets as approved by management while ensuring overall company revenue growth.
Corporate Communication: Represent the company in business meetings with corporate groups or large-scale buyers; handle professional negotiations and deal-closing.
3. Strategy, Analysis & Feedback
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches by other home textile brands.
Product Feedback: Collect and provide regular feedback from the market regarding product quality and customer needs to the production/management team.
Retention: Develop strategies for new customer acquisition while ensuring the retention of existing clients through excellent service.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/Marketing preferred).
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in Home Textiles, Plastic, or Consumer Goods is a plus).
Leadership: Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets.
Skills: Expert in Local Market Negotiation and Corporate Communication.
Highly organized with the ability to track sales pipelines via Google Sheets/Excel.
Strong command of spoken and written English for business meetings.
