The real estate sales and marketing executive will be responsible for managing and executing the sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell real estate properties. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and marketing professionals to develop and implement campaigns, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure targets are met.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose suitable properties.
Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.
Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and sales events.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.
To generate new leads & potential clients.
To follow up with every prospect from time to time.
To convert leads into sales independently.
