Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition and benefits.
∎ Have to go on field to speak with the client.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to ensure an accurate understanding of client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
∎ Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the client.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
∎ Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's brand and offerings.
∎ Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position LivingHub Technologies' offerings.
∎ Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote the company's brand.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 45 years
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry for the position of Manager.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for sales.
∎ Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
∎ The results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality outcomes.
∎ Familiarity with technology products and services, particularly in the home automation or smart home industry, is a plus. (Specially for the Manager position)
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
∎ Professional demeanor, smart appearance, and strong customer service orientation.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
