Experience:
Advanced Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or a highly related technical discipline.
At least 2-5 years of proven hands-on experience in technical B2B corporate sales, chemical manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
Industry Focus: Must have documented experience serving the textile chemicals field, industrial water management sector, or working closely with industrial Development Agencies.
Product Acumen: Deep technical understanding of how surfactants, polymers, enzymes, and fixing agents interact with various fibers (such as cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends).
Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong technical acumen with a proven track record in troubleshooting industrial chemical processes and executing complex "solution selling."
Digital Proficiency: Mandatory familiarity with CRM tools and expert-level proficiency across the Microsoft Office platform (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Communication: Flawless professional communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali.

Job Context & Purpose
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex chemical applications and corporate solution selling. You will lead business development for our core textile auxiliary portfolio while expanding our footprint into industrial water and wastewater treatment systems for textile mills, factories, and development agency-backed infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development: Drive sales growth for specialty textile auxiliaries, dyestuffs, and industrial water treatment solutions across major textile hubs in Bangladesh.
Solution Selling & Troubleshooting: Visit dyeing, washing, and printing mills to diagnose fabric faults (e.g., uneven dyeing, poor color fastness, fabric harshness) and recommend correct auxiliary formulations and technical adjustments.
Key Account & Agency Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with factory owners, technical directors, washing masters, and key stakeholders within relevant industrial development agencies.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain rigorous sales tracking, forecast accuracy, and client data management using modern CRM tools.
Technical Auxiliary Portfolio Management: Promote and sell Siam Pro's entire range of technical chemicals across the full manufacturing cycle:
Pre-treatment Auxiliaries: Desizing agents, bioscouring agents, stabilizers, and eco-friendly wetting agents.
Dyeing & Printing Auxiliaries: Levelling agents, anti-migration agents, soaping agents, dispersing agents, and fixing agents.
Finishing Auxiliaries: Premium silicone softeners, macro/micro emulsions, resins, and functional finishing chemicals.
