Responsibilities & Context:

Our clients include top-tier corporate houses, developers, and infrastructure firms. We are looking for a Sales Expert to drive business growth, manage corporate client relationships, and oversee the sales and jetty operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Stone Sales Management:
- Drive B2B sales of stones to real estate developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory and pricing.
Client Relationship & Business Development:
- Leverage existing corporate contacts to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
Jetty & Cargo Operations:
- Coordinate with logistics teams to manage the unloading of stone cargo from ships at the jetty.
- Ensure smooth operations from vessel arrival to final client delivery.
- Supervise operational staff and liaise with port authorities when necessary.
Sales Reporting & Strategy:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to management.
- Suggest improvements and innovations in the sales process.
