∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience working in departmental stores.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services according to company needs.
∎ Obtain and review quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
∎ Help negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
∎ Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of delivered goods.
∎ Organize and manage store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
∎ Implement inventory control procedures to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
∎ Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods for easy retrieval.
∎ Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
∎ Maintain digital records of procurement transactions and inventory levels
∎ Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, delivery schedules and any issues.
∎ Location: Jobaida Super Market, Kalabagan, Dhaka.
