Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a desk job where you will interact with customers primarily through social media platforms, confirming orders, grow sales and managing stock information.Job Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via social media platforms to answer inquiries and confirm orders.- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.- Update and manage stock information in a detailed and accurate manner using spreadsheet software. - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in sales or customer service.- Ability to write in English and Bangla quickly and properly.- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business communication.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage and update data in spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).- Basic knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is a plus.
