Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support/ Client Service, Software Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet with the potential clients, provide demonstration, answer inquiries, follow up, sales, payment collection etc.
∎ Prepare different documentations like official letters/ application/ sales proposal/ quotation write-up, PowerPoint Presentation.
∎ Work closely with the management to meet the weekly & monthly sales & implementation targets.
∎ Communicate with existing customers, customer support call/ queries and complaints effectively and efficiently for smooth operation.
∎ Small accounting tasks including update monthly reports (receipts and payments), maintain petty cash, prepare Invoice/ voucher, Cheque Issue & Disbursement.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication in English & Bengali (oral and written) are required.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
