Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the restaurant industry (grocery experience a plus).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and restaurant procurement processes.
- Basic knowledge of software tools for invoicing and customer management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time well and achieve targets.
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Must be available for immediate joining
Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Executive who understands the restaurant industry inside out. The ideal candidate will have proven success in selling to restaurants, with additional knowledge of grocery or e-commerce operations and basic software skills for invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Create invoices and quotations as per client requirements
- Manage and update sales software and CRM systems regularly
- Understand and manage wholesale pricing strategies
- Make quick, effective sales decisions in real-time
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
- Respond promptly to online inquiries across platforms (Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
