Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales and achieve target as planned
∎ Collect prospects from various sources to meet target and build new customer portfolio
∎ Develop potential clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients
∎ Follow-up with clients/Customers/Distributors and provide update on progress
∎ Find dealer/Distributors for assigned area, develop & maintain relation with dealers and customers.
∎ Lead, develop and monitor field force to ensure sales target achievement.
∎ Meet the target of primary and secondary sales in line with company's objective.
∎ Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trend and business plan.
∎ Develop action plan to identify potential market/ customers along with new sales opportunity
∎ Identify all the relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stage of sales process.
