• At least 2 years

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• Education may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

• At least 2 years

• Minimum 2 year in real estate sales (plot/land sales preferred).

• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply

• Advance skill in Excel & Microsoft office with internet browsing.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in plot/land sales will be considered a strong advantage.

Job Context:

We are a reputed real estate company primarily engaged in the sale of residential and commercial plots. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about land sales and want to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell residential/commercial plots to potential clients.

• Visit project sites and guide clients during land selection. Conduct property visits and negotiate sales closures.

• Identify and engage prospective buyers for properties.

• Develop and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.

• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.

• Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Report daily activities to the Sales Manager

• Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and email.

• Manage social media content: create posts, graphics, ad copy, and schedule boosts
