Responsibilities & Context:

Bikroy is currently seeking a Jr. Executive, Sales for our 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 department. If you possess relevant experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Be responsible for bringing new customers/members onboard the Bikroy platform in a designated area/territory

• Conduct daily market visits to new, existing, and potential clients to brief them on Bikroy services and membership benefits, and onboard new members

• Drive revenue targets to achieve the company’s revenue goals and new business expansion

• Complete visit targets as per the designated route plan, including cold call/cold visit

• Job location/posting will be anywhere in Chattogram City (Management may switch locations as per need)

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

• Minimum graduate/honors/degree pass from any discipline

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

• 1-2 years in E-commerce, Marketplace, Tech sales experience preferred

• Fresh Graduates who want to develop a career in sales are encouraged to apply

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person

• Basic computer skills and experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications
