Field Sales, Retail Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successfully complete the sales target.
∎ Daily client visits extensively.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Developing relationships in target markets.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Achieve short and long term sales goals of the company.
∎ Sourcing the sales opportunities and marketing potentialities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ongoing college/ university with field sales job experience is highly encouraged to apply, educational qualification is relaxed for experienced persons
∎ Experience in (VTS) System is preferred
∎ Ready to work under pressure
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with critical thinking & approach
∎ Android Phone and online literacy is must
∎ The office is open from Saturday to Thursday (9 am to 6 pm). Friday is Holiday
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary will be negotiated during the interview

Two festival bonus
Leave Policy
Yearly salary review depending on the performance
Insurance Facilities
After probation period the fixed salary may be increased depending on performance
