Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Promote the company’s clearing and forwarding services to prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to management.
