• Must have Real Estate experience

• Must have Leadership, Analytical, Negotiation and Management skill.

• Must have positive attitude towards to Management Strategy

• Candidates must have smart and well mannered.

• Good in MS office and English.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to support both independently and in team work

Responsibilities & Context:

• Generating leads and Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
• Searching prospects and generating leads.
• Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
• Generating new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.
• Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
• Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
• Analyze statistics of sales growth in comparison to prior months.
• Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
