Educational Requirements:
∎ A degree in waste management or Environment is often preferred. Other relevant subjects include:
∎ biological or biochemical sciences
∎ chemical and physical sciences
∎ civil/structural/mechanical engineering
∎ earth sciences
∎ environmental science
∎ Geology.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists customers with the products and solutions through direct interaction.
∎ Executes sales plans to achieve individual and territorial sales goals. Drives sale opportunities thought the sales lifecycle.
∎ Analyzes and interpret commercial and technical requirements to provide customers with commercial and technical proposal or respond to technical and commercial elements of RFIs/RFPs.
∎ Measures, analyzes and reports interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle to support customer retention and drive revenue grow.
∎ Assists in the development of company sales and marketing plans in the assigned marketplace.
∎ Understands and reinforce sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers
∎ Identifies measures and improves marketing and sales processes.
∎ Assist in the development of a Sales and Marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and achieve revenue and profit goals.
∎ Look for opportunities to increase services to existing/Potential customers and develop a fully functioning account retention program in the defined territory.
∎ Recognize and solve problems and develop quality cross-selling solutions with the key team members.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with Government entities especially municipality , City corporation , Tanneries, industries that generate
∎ oversee waste management schemes, such as at Deployment sites
∎ monitor the quality and performance of waste services, including contract management of external providers
∎ Identify and target areas, working to find solutions to eliminate the waste problems.
∎ consult with residents, community groups, councilors, housing associations and traders' associations about waste management issues, identify their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
∎ Develop research projects and contribute to the activities of national groups concerned with waste disposal.
∎ liaising with private/Government waste collection companies
∎ devising and administering waste management budgets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very Strong relationship with LGRD , Municipality and City corporations, Environment department and other Government entities is essential with relative experience of handling such project .
∎ General experience of 5-7 Years in position at Municipality or City Corporation or ministry of environment is preferable.
∎ effective communication skills, both oral and written
∎ good organizational and administrative skills
∎ an interest in, and understanding of, environment and sustainability issues
