• At least 1 to 3 years experience in relevant field.

• Have a driving licance for this position.

• Preference will be given who has own Motorcycle.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target within the assigned territory.

• Plan, forecast and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target.

• Regularly visit Dealer/Engineers/Masons/Contractor and potential customers to generate demand of company products.

• Find out potential customers & Maximize sale within the assigned territory.

• Assure the timely and successful delivery accordingly to customer needs and objectives.

• Attend the market demand, collect competitor activities and sales accordingly.

• Ensuring the result oriented visit and emphasize customer satisfaction.

• Proper use of marketing promotional items and find out the branding opportunity in assigned territory.

• Organize event management like Seminar, Engineer/ Mason Meet Program, Dealer Meet Program etc.

• Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

• Commission Per Ton Tk. 100

• TA/DA at Actual (Avg. Tk. 4,000)

• Mobile / Internal Allowance Tk. 500

• Total Cost: 19,500 (Approx)
