Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the travel and tourism sector.
∎ Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
∎ Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
∎ Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and event-based marketing.
∎ Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials tailored to target customer segments.
∎ Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
∎ Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for professional development.
∎ Foster a collaborative working environment, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing objectives.
∎ Oversee the management of customer databases and CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service.
