Requirements

1. Minimum HSC pass.

2. Good communication and typing skills in both Bangla and English.

3. Must have a smartphone and basic smartphone/computer skills, along with stable internet for remote work.

4. Able to speak confidently and politely over the phone.

5. Telemarketing/sales experience will be preferred.

6. If needed, able to work on Fridays/holidays and in rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night).

7. Ready to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide prompt customer support via phone calls and live chat.

2. Call leads/customers to explain the service, generate interest, and increase conversions.

3. Answer customer questions accurately and follow up when needed.

4. Complete daily calls/lead follow-ups as per targets and update reports.

5. When necessary, connect customers with the support team/on-duty doctors quickly.

6. Follow company policies and protocols and maintain a good customer experience.
