Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Provide prompt customer support via phone calls and live chat.
Call leads/customers to explain the service, generate interest, and increase conversions.
Answer customer questions accurately and follow up when needed.
Complete daily calls/lead follow-ups as per targets and update reports.
When necessary, connect customers with the support team/on-duty doctors quickly.
Follow company policies and protocols and maintain a good customer experience
Requirements
Minimum HSC pass.
Good communication and typing skills in both Bangla and English.
Must have a smartphone and basic smartphone/computer skills, along with stable internet for remote work.
Able to speak confidently and politely over the phone.
Telemarketing/sales experience will be preferred.
If needed, able to work on Fridays/holidays and in rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
