• HSC

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Smart Phone, Internet
• Good communication and typing skills in both Bangla and English.
• Must have a smartphone and basic smartphone/computer skills, along with stable internet for remote work.
• Able to speak confidently and politely over the phone.
• Telemarketing/sales experience will be preferred.
• If needed, able to work on Fridays/holidays and in rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night).
• Ready to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer/patient inquiries promptly via phone calls and live chat

• Make outgoing calls to leads/customers for follow-ups and confirmations

• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and company policies

• Follow up leads to increase bookings and conversions

• Achieve assigned sales targets through consistent calling and follow-ups

• When needed, connect customers with the support team / on-duty doctors

• Maintain daily logs/reports (lead status, follow-up, outcomes)

Requirements

• Minimum HSC pass

• Strong communication and typing skills in Bangla and English

• Must have own smartphone and stable internet connection

• Comfortable using smartphone/computer tools for remote work

• Confident and polite phone communication

• If needed, able to work on Fridays/holidays and in rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
