Responsibilities & Context: SK Soft Solutions Inc. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven sales executive and customer care to promote, handle customers, and sell our digital products, including POS software, websites, ERP systems, and other IT solutions.
- Promote and sell the company’s software, web, and IT services to new and existing clients.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service presentations for potential customers.
- Maintain and update client databases, follow up on leads, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients for software, website, and IT-related issues.
- Identify new business opportunities, gather market insights, and contribute to sales strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation of client communication, service issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, such as product promotions and social media communication, when needed.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management related to sales and technical support.
