∎ 🔹 Position 1: Sales Executive (Vacancy: 5)
∎ Job Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on projects. Meet monthly sales targets and maintain proper records of client interactions. Collaborate with the marketing and project teams for effective sales strategies.
∎ Requirements :Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/Marketing preferred).1-2 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged).Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and target-oriented mindset.

∎ 🔹 Position 2: Accounts Executive (Vacancy: 1)
∎ Job Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and transaction records. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standards. Handle petty cash, bank transactions, and reconciliation. Support external audits and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance preferred).1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally/QuickBooks).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
