∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated areas.
∎ Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures.
∎ The applicant must have a motorcycle with a valid driver's license and must be capable of driving.
∎ Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly.
∎ Complete incident reports and required documentation of all security incidents.
∎ Ensure all employees and visitors have the proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes).
∎ Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy.
∎ Must be able to visit the project day and night.
∎ Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have.
∎ Liaison with local law enforcement agencies.
∎ Must be intelligent and smart.
∎ Must have the ability to solve problems within a short period of time.
∎ Monitor alarms and security cameras.
∎ Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
∎ Assist guests or employees during emergency situations, such as fire, evacuation, flood, severe weather, bomb threat, robbery, natural disasters, etc.
∎ Provide fire training in accordance with company and Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence guidelines.
∎ Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
∎ Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professionally and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
∎ Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report any unsafe conditions or work practices.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents and release information only to authorized individuals.
∎ Conduct a key control audit, including monitoring electronic key boxes, issuing and receiving all master keys, radios, and beepers and keeping accurate records to ensure the safekeeping of these items.
∎ Promote a safe and secure working environment.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be presentable, good converse, positive behavior & good listening.
∎ Have a positive attitude, be smart, work hard and be capable of working as a team.
