Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any Science discipline, at least Science in HSC.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year etc.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales volume of company's different brand products.
∎ Provides target VS sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
∎ Analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes.
∎ Provide timely the activities of market conditions, customers & competitors and offer corrective measures to the Sales Manager
∎ Will require frequently travel in different areas of Bangladesh.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team.
∎ Any other task assigned by Sales Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 10 years in Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Computer literacy is Mandatory
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Sales, Marketing in Pharmaceutical Products
∎ Willing to travel extensively
∎ Motor cycle driving with valid license from BRTA will be preferable.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Standard TA/DA allowance, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 02.
