Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors as per standard checklist Change bed linen, towels, and amenities regularly Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, mini-bar, stationery, etc.) Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to supervisor Handle lost & found items as per hotel procedure Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel SOPs at all times Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment Employment Status: Full-time Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 years in a similar role Additional Requirements: Both males and females are encouraged to apply Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks (standing, bending, lifting) Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic communication skills in Bangla; English is a plus Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays Job Location: Cox’s bazar Salary: Negotiable
