Job Context:
∎ BURO Bangladesh is one of the leading Microfinance Intuitions (MFI) in Bangladesh. We are searching for talented individuals with right attitudes to fill the below vacancies for our Human Resource Development Center (CHRD) in Cumilla.
∎ The primary component of this role is to maintain cleanliness & other associated tasks.
∎ Job Nature: Full Time Contractual. But there are strong possibilities to be permanent in the future on the basis of skills and attitudes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining healthy and safe environment in the guest rooms.
∎ Changing bed linens and towels on daily basis.
∎ Responding to customer complaints in a positive way and keeping the customers satisfied.
∎ Moping the floor regularly and ensuring the bathrooms are properly clean.
∎ Following the health and safety rules.
∎ Ensuring the availability of sanitary items in bathrooms.
∎ Dusting the furniture daily.
∎ Cleaning the carpets and sofas.
∎ Ensuring the room is properly set and cleaning before the guests arrive.
∎ Ensuring rooms are regularly cleaned according to the property procedures.
∎ Taking care of personal hygiene and tidiness as well.
∎ Designating work to other room attendants in case of unavailability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
Salary: Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
