Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans and conducts audits in accordance with the approved Compliance and Audit Work Plan.
∎ Work with departmental management to develop and update internal control documentation (process narratives, risk control matrices,) periodically to include any new key internal controls or processes identified.
∎ Responsible for auditing of daily sales reports, verifying complete and accurate reporting of revenue, receipts, discounts, commissions.
∎ Identifies proactive opportunities to strengthen charge capture processes, enhance regulatory compliance and facilitate appropriate revenue capture.

∎ Assignments are completed and results documented in the time frame provided.
∎ Responsible for compliance and ensure direct and indirect taxation, as applicable.
∎ Maintain required MIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 5 years working experience in internal control/Audit with a large Resort/Hotel/group of industry.
∎ Have experience in operation of resort and proficient to identify its revenue mismatches.
∎ Adhere to Hotel Handbook and general policies and procedures
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
