Education:

• Diploma in Hotel Management in Diploma training at a culinary institution.

• At least 5 years of full-service restaurant management

• Proven experience as an outlet in charge or similar role, preferably in a high-end or premium dining establishment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Knowledge of restaurant software systems (POS) and MS Office.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Fluency in English and Bangla.

  Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily lounge operations, including both Front and Back of House functions.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company policy

• Monitor product quality and coordinate with approved suppliers and vendors.

• Oversee inventory updates, manage stock levels, and execute timely purchases within budget.

• Operate and monitor POS system for accurate billing, sales tracking, and reporting.

• Forecast consumption trends and control operational costs.

• Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotional events to drive footfall.

• Analyze weekly/monthly sales, expenses, and inventory reports to ensure target achievement.

• Recommend sales and service strategies to improve lounge performance.

• Uphold brand standards and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
