Job Context:
∎ The One Restaurant (Chinese/Thai/Indian/ Bangla Restaurants )is looking for the recruitment of the mentioned position:
∎ Job Location: Nearby Matuail, Dhaka.
∎ Restaurant operation 11 am to 11 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination of operation of floor management and kitchen management.
∎ Overall management of restaurant operations on day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party booking, property appearance, and cost control.
∎ Manages front- and back-of-house operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals.
∎ Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
∎ Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
∎ Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue in all areas of restaurant including Chinese Thai, Traditional etc.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in secured manner.
∎ Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory and restaurant supplies.
∎ Assist in staffs recruitment, promotion and management.
∎ Develop guest relations and staffs skill.
∎ Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
∎ Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health & safety environment.
∎ Maintain liaison with various government authorities.
∎ Identify improvements needed and build on guest loyalty.
∎ Ability to handle 3 or more supervisor.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have minimum 05 years practical work experience in reputed Chinese/Thai/Indian Restaurants/Hotels in relevant managerial position.
∎ Presentable personality and physical fitness.
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
