Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and managing restaurant staff and their work schedules.
∎ Oversee all front and back of the restaurant operations.
∎ Maintaining the restaurant inventory, forecasting future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, cleaning products; and placement of orders accordingly.
∎ Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
∎ Control operational costs and identify measures to cut unnecessary expenses.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
∎ Train up new employees and provide resourceful training for all staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07 years of experience in the relevant field as Restaurant Manager.
∎ language proficiency and is well conversant in the Russian Language.
∎ Should be results-oriented, analytical, time-bound & able to work under
∎ pressure.
