Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise restaurant operation optimally and maintain hygiene and standard of the kitchen
∎ Profit maximization of the restaurant by maintaining quality of service and achieving customer satisfaction
∎ Work with management personnel to set targets & incentives to increase turnover and profitability of the restaurant
∎ prepare weekly and monthly budget in accordance with the sales/reservation
∎ Ensure proper bookkeeping at the system. Inventory management of the raw material, merchandise, and assets.(Crockeries & Cutleries, Furniture, & Equipment's)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
