∎ Ticket Issue, Re Issue, Refund, Cancel in Galileo, Abacus, Amadeus and web base.
∎ Responsible for increase in sales for Existing Customers & Develop new clients/customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be honest and ethical.
