∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fare Calculations & Provide Quotations to Client.
∎ Sound ticketing knowledge on operating Galileo, Sabre ,Amadeus and online based ticketing system
∎ Airline ticketing & reservation, creating PNR, issuing and reissuing ticket.
∎ Create new and maintain existing relationships with local organizations, hotels, companies, etc. in the tourism industry.
∎ Informing the customers about the delay in flight and reporting time at the airport quoted air ticket fares as asked by customers and booked tickets.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Understand airlines fare rules, Re-validations, Re-issue and/or Refunds etc.
∎ Interpreting IATA and ATAB regulations.
∎ Monitoring ticket status.
∎ Manage Daily Official works.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.
∎ Market visit, client hunt & creating market opportunity.
∎ Build a positive interpersonal relationship with clients.
∎ Achieve monthly & annual sales target in coordination with customers.
∎ Knowledge of oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ Experience in public speaking and working with large groups
∎ Self-starter and ability to take initiative to accomplish tasks
∎ Develop Relationship & Liaising with ATAB, IATA, TOAB, BTB, Tour Associations. Hotel Association.
∎ Must have knowledge about MS office, Advance Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, networking.
