∎ Reservation and Ticketing Officer Requirements:
∎ In-depth knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus.
∎ Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
∎ Customer service experience.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Data entry experience.
∎ Willingness to work flexible hours.
∎ Job Location: Chairman Bari, Banani, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting and advising customers in selecting travel options from a variety of choices.
∎ Making reservations for customers based on their specific requirements and budget.
∎ Checking the availability of accommodations or transportation on desired travel dates.
∎ Assisting in travel itinerary planning by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
∎ Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
∎ Resolving any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
∎ Selling and promoting reservation services.
∎ Addressing customer inquiries regarding the reservation process.
∎ Upselling additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations, when appropriate.
∎ Providing support to customers requiring reservation amendments or cancellations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Airline Ticket Reservation, Travel, and Tourism
