Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ Master in any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management skill: Strong management skills, including experience in supervision of field staff, coordination of field research team.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collected. Regularly review interview recordings to provide constructive feedback to the interviewers and ensure data integrity.
∎ Client Privacy: Emphasize the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and ensure that all data is handled in compliance with privacy and security policies.
∎ Data Submission and Reporting: Ensure timely data submission, compile the collected data, and generate comprehensive reports summarizing the key findings.
∎ Troubleshooting: Be available to address any challenges or issues faced by the Data Collector team during the data collection process and provide necessary support.
∎ Regular Updates: Keep the study team/ coordinator informed about the progress, challenges, and outcomes of the data collection activity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 Years practical experience in quantitative research and Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques of data collection and Interview
∎ Ability to frequently travel to study sites for supervision, monitoring of Research Assistants and ability to work as an effective team player and strong interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge on SRH services specifically Family Planning, Menstrual Regulation (MR), Post Abortion Care (PAC) and Gender based Violence (GBV).
∎ Previous data collection experience using mobile app will be preferred
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
