Education:

• Masters degree in any discipline

1. Must have passed graduation/post-graduation.

• Age 28 to 40 years

1. Age at least 28 years (above 30 years will get preference)
2. Candidates must have experience of participating in BCS and Bank Job Examination written and viva.  
3. Preference will be given to experienced in publication sector.
4. The Candidates who are willing to build their career with a progressive Start-up and want to take challenges to develop and improve personal and professional skill will be highly appreciated. And The Applicants who passed at least once in BCS or Govt. Bank preliminary exam will get preference.

1. The Academic Specialists will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning services to our platform users.
2. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong subject knowledge in their respective fields and a passion for deep learning.
3. Prepare, Solve, Explain and Research Bangla, English, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Science and ICT related questions, problems, and contents for BCS, Primary, Bank and other Govt. jobs.        
4. Work with Microsoft Word and Excel on a regular basis.        
5. Participate in team conversations/meetings regularly with innovative and smart opinions to continuously improve.    
6. Create unique questions with proper explanation and correct answers.
7. The standard of the question should be equivalent to BCS, Bank or any other Govt. service recruitment questions.       
8. Experience of working in a publication will be preferred.
