• Diploma
• HSC

• Diploma in engineering preferably in Mechanical, Electrical/any other discipline. We welcome undergraduates (HSC completed) who are ambitious to learn business and improve their communication skills, leadership attributes and interpersonal networking.

• Age 18 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Willing to work under pressure, chase ambition and work in team.

• Must have good communication skill in Bangla (Reading, Writing & Speaking) and understanding of English (Reading & Writing).

• Ability to ride on motor bike and bicycles.

• Ability to operate and use smartphone & apps.

• Bangla speaking must be neat and tidy

Job Responsibilities

• Installation of devices

• Servicing at consumer households

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
